Premetto che le mie unghie naturali hanno già una bellissima forma, non a ventaglio, non gobbe, non incarnite etc. Ho pagato €60 per un lavoro fatto male e di corsa. sulla mano sinistra avevo già le mie unghie quindi ha dovuto solo ricoprirle, sulla destra le ha dovute ricostruire. Allego le foto e fate voi le conclusioni. Mi stupisco che un'onicotecnica che vanta 13 anni di esperienza abbia fatti un lavoro cosi. Mi dispiace anche lasciare una recensione negativa ( non lo faccio quasi mai). Nonostante il servizio offertomi post intervento, in caso di rottura la riparazione gratuita, in caso di ricrescita veloce il ritocchino è gratuito, ma qui è da cambiare tutto. Infatti domani vado a rifarle da un'altra onicotecnica perché sinceramente mi vergogno far vedere le mani. Lascio due stelle solo perché in negozio ho acquistato a €10 una mascherina fatta a mano molto carina. I think I've never had uglier nails. I leave two stars only because I bought a very nice handmade mask in the shop for € 10.

La ricostruzione dura poco , c’è poca attenzione , nessun consiglio , molto caro e sembra che le clienti siano un numero . Poca professionalità in tutto , servizio frettoloso e talvolta scorbutico . Una cliente deve essere seguita almeno un’ora e mezza invece in quarantacinque minuti è già finito tutto . Non capisco perché ci sia tutta questa fretta sembra che sia importante solo l’incasso e non l’attenzione . A lot of flexibility and precision for appointments but for treatments is a total disaster! The reconstruction takes little time, there is little attention, no advice, very expensive and it seems that the customers are a number. Little professionalism in everything, hasty and sometimes grumpy service. A customer must be followed at least an hour and a half, but in forty-five minutes everything is already over. I do not understand why there is all this rush it seems that only the collection and not the attention is important.
