★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely staff, we arrived with only 25minutes to spare before the ferry. They shuttled is to the port in time no problems at all. We left the car for 1 night and on our return they met us at the port. Car was outside and waiting. We didn’t have any cash and they don’t accept cards so they took us to a cash point and waited which was lovely of them. Highly recommend no fuss, easy and helpful and only 15 Euro. Would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professionnal experience. 5 min to deposit the car and take the shuttle. 5 min for taking the shuttle back and leave with the car. I highly recommend it for everyone that want to visit eolian island and have his rent car safe !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive experience with Mignon parking. It is also possible to book a slot online prior to your arrival. Their website is user friendly and you get a reduction. Professional staff and customer oriented. Only comment about leaving the car key in their custody, which we normally don't do. However, in case of emergency, they should be able to move the cars, so I assume it makes sense. In addition, they are reliable. We are definitely going to use Mignon parking again ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately not the best experience. We left our car at Mignon Parking and paid more for a valet service (the car will be picked up at the ferry and brought back there). This service was still working to a certain extent when we handed over the car. When we picked it up, the service was disastrous. Although we had agreed on a fixed time and made several phone calls, we had to wait 45 minutes in the heat for our car. Had we used the cheaper shuttle service or just walked, we would have gotten to our car faster. When our car finally arrived we couldn't communicate with the driver. An apology and a financial compromise would definitely have been necessary! Disastrous service!
