Ritengo infatti assolutamente privo di ogni senso ordinare "da un ristorante di sushi", 2 box a casa e riceverli preparati dal giorno prima (questo almeno quanto era riportato in etichetta ma viste le altre recensioni... ). Riso duro e ammassato, alcuni pezzi completamente immangiabili a causa del pessimo sapore del pesce non fresco... È finito quasi interamente nella pattumiera! Avvisato il locale, ci è stato risposto che bisogna rifarsi alla data di scadenza e che il prodotto per loro era fresco. Il sushi permettetemi di dire, è tutta un'altra cosa. Da evitare assolutamente! I share my bad experience regarding the delivery service. To be avoided absolutely!

Stavo comprando quello più fresco ma vengo esortato, invogliato e convinto dal sedicente ragazzo a prendere quello in offerta che sarebbe scaduto la sera stessa ma che lui mi ha confermato essere ancora ottimo. Così un po' titubante prendo quello scontato ma tornato a casa, avendo avvertito che il pesce non era per nulla fresco anzi puzzava mi rendo conto che quello scontato era in realtà scaduto la sera prima quindi sono stato consigliato ad acquistare un prodotto scaduto, roba da denuncia ai Nas. Questo perché l'etichetta scaduta era stata sovrapposta con l'etichetta con la scadenza successiva e chissà da quanto andava avanti questo giochetto. Ho chiamato il locale telefonicamente nonappena mi sono accorto del misfatto e mi sono congratulato per la meschinità del gesto di questo ragazzo, che all'inizio ha provato a dire che avevano commesso un errore con le etichette ( sperando di parlare con un fesso visto che mi aveva già rifilato il box scaduto), successivamente si è scusato dicendomi che mi avrebbe portato a casa quello più fresco gratuitamente per farsi perdonare , ma oramai ero talmente schifato dal gesto ricevuto che ho declinato, promettendo a me stesso di non mettere mai più piede in un posto dove esiste una mentalità del genere, meritevole di denuncia. I called the place by phone as soon as I noticed the crime and I congratulated the meanness of this guy's gesture, who at first tried to say that they had made a mistake with the labels (hoping to talk to a fool since I had already trimmed the expired box), then he apologized telling me that he would bring me the freshest one home for free to be forgiven, but by now I was so disgusted by the gesture received that I declined, promising myself never to set foot in a place where such a mentality exists, worthy of denunciation.

Così imparate a giocare con la salute ed i soldi delle persone? prima di scrivere la recensione ho anche scritto sul numero whatsapp dove ho ordinato , spiegando che il tonno puzzava di agro. Tutto finito nella spazzatura ovviamente. Avessero almeno avuto il buonsenso di gestire il problema, una seconda chance si concede a tutti, ed invece nulla. A questo punto ho deciso di scrivere la recensione per mettere in guardia. From complaint. I will never go for the wines again. Il mio compagno entra in questo posto davvero entusiasta di trovare un servizio così comodo in un paesino come Nicolosi, all'interno il ragazzo che ci lavora decide di consigliargli i box con il bollino del 50%, sconto effettuato sui prodotti con la scadenza di quella stessa giornata, dicendogli che non se ne sarebbe assolutamente pentito, anzi addirittura convincendolo del fatto che siccome loro sono obbligati a mettere le targhette con la data della produzione e della relativa scadenza poteva stare tranquillo della qualità. Tornati a casa, apriamo i box e troviamo una bella sorpresa, i bollini della scadenza sono due uno sovrapposto all'altro, quei prodotti in realtà erano scaduti il giorno prima. Alla faccia della trasparenza. Mi spiace molto per ciò che è successo, perché posti nuovi come questo dovrebbero impegnarsi affinché la clientela si affezioni, non affinché si avveleni. Allego foto, e vi metto in guardia! Il tutto è fresco, buono, arriva puntuale, staff cordiale , disponibili, il sashimi era addirittura tagliato meglio di altri concorrenti. Consigliato.
