In tutti gli istituti ci sono problemi , ma con la buona volontà ,passione per il proprio lavoro e soprattutto voglia di offrire contenuti culturali, amore e comprensione a quei ragazzi, gli ostacoli si superano. Io ci credo, la sento la MIA SCUOLA e non solo per lo stipendio, altrimenti avrei già chiesto il trasferimento in una scuola più vicina alla mia residenza e non farei 30 km giornalieri . La sola lezione frontale, non basta più in nessun Istituto, bisogna armarsi di pazienza, aggiornarsi sulle nuove tematiche e attivarsi per offrire agli alunni, lezioni accattivanti che stimolino la loro attenzione e curiosità. I have been teaching Literary Subjects for 16 years in this Institute, I love my profession and I love the students of Rione Salicelle. In all the institutes there are problems, but with good will, passion for their work and above all the desire to offer cultural content, love and understanding to those children, the obstacles are overcome. I believe it, I feel MY SCHOOL and not only for the salary, otherwise I would have already requested the transfer to a school closer to my residence and I wouldn't do 30 km a day. The only frontal lesson, is no longer enough in any institute, one must arm oneself with patience, keep up-to-date on the new issues and take action to offer the students, captivating lessons that stimulate their attention and curiosity.

Nella vita traggo sempre il buono da ogni cosa e qui posso dire che ho imparato tanto. I ragazzi vanno capiti e guidati, con il giusto sostegno sia dei genitori che degli insegnanti. I colleghi eccellenti, empatici molto pronti e preparati nell'approccio con i ragazzi. Modificherei il modo di fare didattica in questo contesto. I ragazzi non amano la lezione frontale, amano la natura, gli spazi aperti. Proponete lezioni all'aperto e all'interno senza creare caos, mentalizziamo i giovani al rispetto delle regole invogliandoli a rispettarle.La scuola non deve essere un peso ma un momento di studio, condivisione e libertà. Rendiamo i ragazzi liberi di pensare e liberi di pensare al futuro in modo leggero.Cambiamo modo di fare scuola. I taught at SALICELLE for a short time, I left us a piece of my career as a teacher. We make children free to think and free to think about the future in a light way.
