★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se hai bisogno di informazioni telefoniche, inutile lasciare msg su wathsapo, tanto non ti richiamano......ti dicono che hanno bisogno di 2 ore , ed a lavoro finito ti avvertono telefonicamente....naturalmente non ti rivhosma nessuno, ma quando riprendi l'automobile scopr6 che il lavoro lo hanno svolto in 1 quarto d'ora e tu sei stata in giro a cazzeggiate 2 ore, quando avevi un sacco di altri impegni.....bah ( direi poco attenti alle esigenze della clientela

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza: sono stato da loro la prima (e unica) volta per fare tagliando e revisione, fin lì tutto a posto, fino a quando mi sento dire che "gli ammortizzatori sono da cambiare" (per la modica cifra di €1000). Per fortuna non mi sono fidato, ho sentito il parere di un altro meccanico e in effetti qualche lavoretto era necessario, ma sicuramente gli ammortizzatori andavano ancora bene! Con soli €200 mia auto è tornata come nuova.
Non mi vedrete mai più ?
Bad experience: I was with them the first (and only) time to do a service and overhaul, until then everything was fine, until I heard that "the shock absorbers need to be changed" (for the modest sum of € 1000). Luckily I didn't trust it, I heard the opinion of another mechanic and indeed some work was necessary, but surely the shock absorbers were still fine! With only € 200 my car is as good as new.
