★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il peggio che ci si possa aspettare da un centro assistenza/riparazione: disorganizzati, confusionari, poco precisi ed altrettanto poco professionali verso il cliente.
In oltre 3 settimane che hanno avuto il mio PC non sono stati in grado di comunicarmi nemmeno un preventivo di spesa per la riparazione! Ad ogni sollecito mi rispondevano che mi avrebbero richiamato ma ciò non è mai accaduto.
Una volta ripreso il pc (nelle medesime condizioni in cui l'avevo portato) non si accendeva nemmeno più ed ho dovuto portarglielo nuovamente...ritirato per l'ennesima volta era sporco da fare schifo e soprattutto pieno di graffi sulla scocca, segno di come lavorino in ordine e con la massima cura verso i prodotti che gli sono stati affidati!
Morale: ho portato loro un pc pc guasto, dopo 3 settimane (letteralmente buttate) ho ripreso un pc guasto e danneggiato esteticamente.
Tenetevi alla larga da questo posto!
The worst that can be expected from a service / repair center: disorganized, confusing, imprecise and just as unprofessional towards the customer.
In over 3 weeks that have had my PC they have not been able to communicate me even a cost estimate for the repair! At every request they replied that they would call me back but this never happened.
Once I got the pc (in the same conditions in which I had brought it) it didn't turn on even more and I had to bring it to him again ... withdrawn for the umpteenth time it was dirty to suck and above all full of scratches on the body, a sign of how they work in order and with the utmost care for the products that have been entrusted to them!
Moral: I brought them a broken pc, after 3 weeks (literally wasted) I took back a broken and aesthetically damaged pc.
Keep away from this place!
