★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Duino staple for decades... maybe even longer hah. It's a cute, little pub, with some good food and drinks. During the school year, on weekends it becomes a party spot for the nearby school kids, so maybe avoid it then if you're in the 20+ age bracket. Otherwise, solid reccomendation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there in Jannuary. It was a pleasure. Great - old style - Italian cafe. To the owner: "Please do not change anything". For those who like McD... don't go there. For those who like Italy ... come and enjoy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful place and the heart of the community in Duino! The owners are very friendly, fast, and speak Italian, English, Slovene, and German. The food is quick and delicious, the coffee is very tasty and local (from Trieste), and the beer on tap is always good. I would recommend this place very much!
