Too much difference .. not good, with me they have closed.

Ambiente curato con discreta gamma di prodotti esposti anche decespugliatori e vari attrezzi. Davvero molto cortesi ed alla mano il personale ed il titolare nelle spiegazioni, con ampia esperienza anche pratica nella manutenzione. Interessante il prezzo proposto con sconto adeguato sul prezzo di listino. Visited to inquire about a new ride on mower purchase. A well-kept environment with a fair range of products on display including brushcutters and various tools. The staff and the owner are very courteous and easy-going in their explanations, with extensive experience also practical in maintenance. The proposed price with an adequate discount on the list price is interesting.

Ho chiamato dopo 15 giorni e mi hanno comunicato che molto probabilmente il giorno successivo avrei avuto conferma di effettivar riparazione. Dopo poco meno di 3 settimane passo di persona e mi riferiscono che non è stato ancora controllato e scusandosi mi hanno confermato che avrebbero dato un'occhiata già in giornata. Dopo 2 giorni mi viene detto che possibile riparare l'avviatore ma che una parte meccanica non era riparabile in quanto il ricambio fuori produzione. Non riuscendo a ritirarlo i giorni successivi dato che ho gli stessi orari di lavoro, appena possibile sono passato e mi viene consegnato con il serbatoio vuoto e con una preventivo di euro 15,00 solo per essere visionato. Lamento entrambi i fatti e mi viene comunicato che questa è la loro prassi e che il costo del preventivo di riparazione è di euro 20,00 e che mi è stato fatto uno sconto. Ringrazio di aver ricevuto questo sconto, ma sconsiglio di rivolgersi a loro per quanto riguarda il reparto assistenza e riparazioni in base alla mia esperienza. I brought my brushcutter to be repaired and checked after a telephone request. I called after 15 days and they told me that most likely the next day I would have confirmation of the repair. After a little less than 3 weeks I pass in person and they tell me that it has not yet been checked and apologizing they confirmed that they would have taken a look already in the day. After 2 days I am told that it is possible to repair the starter but that a mechanical part was not repairable as the spare part was out of production. Unable to collect it the following days since I have the same working hours, I passed as soon as possible and it is delivered to me with the empty tank and with a quote of € 15.00 just to be viewed. I complain of both facts and I am informed that this is their practice and that the cost of the repair estimate is € 20.00 and that I have been given a discount. Thank you for receiving this discount, but I do not recommend contacting them regarding the service and repair department based on my experience.
d	dario reginato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato la mia motosega ancora in garanzia per una riparazione visto che sul sito di Husqvarna era indicato centro assistenza husqvarna. La motosega era stata acquistata altrove ma per vicinanza l'avevo portata da loro, quando sono andato in negozio l'ho detto e ho portato il documento per la garanzia e avevano detto ok che me la riparavano. Dopo un paio di giorni ho chiamato per sentire se era stata riparata e mi è stato detto che dovevo pagare allora ho chiamato il numero verde sul sito ufficiale di Husqvarna e l'operatore mi ha detto che se la motosega è in garanzia non dovevo pagare niente anche se non era stata acquistata li. Quando sono andato a ritirarla ho fatto presente questa cosa e la signora mi ha risposto seccata: "allora vorrà dire che la prossima volta la porti dove l'hai acquista". Volevo anche chiedere di vedere un decespugliatore per acquistarlo ma vista la risposta e il comportamento scorretto nei miei confronti non ho detto niente e sono andato da un'altra parte.. I took my chainsaw still under warranty for a repair as Husqvarna's website indicated husqvarna service center. The chainsaw had been bought elsewhere but because of proximity I had brought it to them, when I went to the shop I said it and I brought the warranty document and they said ok they would repair it for me. After a couple of days I called to find out if it had been repaired and was told I had to pay so I called the toll free number on Husqvarna's official website and the operator told me that if the chainsaw is under warranty I don't have to pay anything even if it wasn't bought there. When I went to pick it up I pointed this out and the lady replied annoyed: "then it will mean that next time you take it where you bought it". I also wanted to ask to see a brushcutter to buy it but given the response and the incorrect behavior towards me I didn't say anything and went somewhere else ..
