Sono una mamma che non può che ringraziare di cuore un aiuto che oltre ad essere molto professionale ha un grandissimo valore umano!!! ❤️Il tecnico si è ostinato in ogni maniera possibile per venire a capo del problema, in tempi utili affinché mio figlio potesse addirittura rientrare in lezione!!! ?Siccome il tutto è stato fatto a distanza, posso assicurare che ci vuole impegno, professionalità(guidare chi è da l'altra parte per stabilire una connessione, entrare nel PC etc....) ma anche un gran spirito di aiutare il prossimo, in un impresa dei contorni sicuramente tortuosi.
Persone in gamba che sanno il fatto loro!!!
