★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fin dal primo giorno Michele Rubino si è dimostrato una persona altamente preparata , disponibile, precisa e attenta elle esigenze del condominio. Il suo approccio verso questo lavoro risulta differente da qualunque suo "collega" che io abbia potuto interpellare .
Ci colpisce la chiarezza con cui vengono spiegati i bilanci, dando finalmente l'addio a quelle zone d'ombra che spesso si trovano quando un "amministratore" o presunto tale rendiconta le uscite , con lui ogni voce è chiaramente identificata, spiegata e rendicontata, nella più ampia trasparenza.
Abbiamo anche apprezzato la facilità di comunicazione offerta, attraverso sito internet condominiale, APP per la gestione delle scadenze e filo diretto con l'amministratore e la sua grande disponibilità al telefono o per whatsapp.
per il nostro condominio, Michele Rubino si è rivelata una scelta vincente e un grande passo avanti.

From the first day Michele Rubino proved to be a highly prepared, available, precise and attentive person in the needs of the condominium. His approach to this work is different from any of his "colleagues" that I have been able to consult.
