★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina mi sono recato in questo negozio,comprando una maglietta di una nota marca,all arrivo a casa mi accorgo che la maglietta e difettata (praticamente la stampa nera aveva sporcato quella rossa)chiamo immediatamente per il cambio,e dicono che non ci sono problemi. Il pomeriggio mi reco nel negozio e chi di dovere constata con i suoi occhi il difetto, allora mi da Ok per il cambio,ma purtroppo non ne hanno un altra. Allora chiedo la somma versata la mattina indietro dato che il problema me l avevano creato loro.....ma la risposta è stata categorica : non diamo soldi indietro o cambiate con altro prodotto ho aspettate che l Azienda me la sostituisce (30 gg)......mha.....che modi.....FRANZESE mai piu
This morning I went to this shop, buying a t-shirt of a well-known brand, upon arriving home I realize that the t-shirt is defective (practically the black print had dirty the red one) I immediately call for the change, and they say that there are no problems . In the afternoon I go to the shop and whoever in duty sees the defect with his eyes, then gives me Ok for the change, but unfortunately they don't have another one. So I ask for the sum paid back in the morning since the problem was created by them ..... but the answer was categorical: we do not give money back or exchange it with another product I wait for the company to replace it for me (30 days) ...... mha ..... what ways ..... FRANZESE never again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquisto un paio di McQueen che dopo 2 settimane si rompono. Le riporto e mi dicono che entro 30/40 giorni o mi restituissero le scarpe aggiustate oppure mi consegnavano un buono del valore stesso delle scarpe…. Sono 3 mesi che vado avanti e dietro ma nessuno mi sa dire nulla…
Penso che tra un po’ metterò l’avvocato!!!
I buy a couple of McQueens which break after 2 weeks. I bring them back and they tell me that within 30/40 days they would either return the repaired shoes to me or give me a voucher worth the same value as the shoes…. I've been going back and forth for 3 months but nobody can tell me anything ...
I think I'll get a lawyer in a while !!!
