Alle 21 e 15 chiamo per avere informazioni sullo stato dell ordine e mi dicono "sono sul banco"!. Faccio 2 calcoli ed immagino che fra la cottura e la consegna possano passare al massimo una ventina di minuti (abito ad 800 mt dalla pizzeria). Si presentano con le pizze (chiaramente rifiutate per scoglionamento) alle 22 e 10, dopo circa un'altra ora dalla telefonata di sollecito !!!. Se posso permettermi di dare un consiglio ai proprietari, siate più seri nel dare le informazioni e comunicate i giusti tempi di attesa, potete al massimo perdere la vendita di 2 pizze ma non perdete il cliente definitivamente. Good pizza but bad service. I ordered 2 pizzas at 20.00. At 9:15 pm I call for information on the status of the order and they tell me "I'm on the counter" !. I do 2 calculations and imagine that between cooking and delivery it can take a maximum of twenty minutes (I live 800 meters from the pizzeria). They show up with the pizzas (clearly refused for dissolution) at 10 and 10, about another hour after the reminder call !!!. If I can afford to give advice to the owners, be more serious in giving information and communicate the right waiting times, you can at most lose the sale of 2 pizzas but do not lose the customer permanently.

Speciali i "crocchettoni" e gli arancini. Excellent value for money. Possibility to watch the game both in the main room and in the more intimate room above. La pizza non è altrettanto eccezionale purtroppo, buona, impasto abbastanza leggero, ma nulla di chè, mi spiace :( Very casual and quiet place. I was here for a birthday. The crocchè and the arancini made by them are exceptional, really good. The pizza is not as great unfortunately, good, fairly light dough, but nothing special, sorry :(

Il personale ti fa sentire a tuo agio. C'è molto spazio per mangiare in sede, sia a pranzo che a cena. Asporto molto veloce. Lo raccomando a chi si trova in zona, perché merita tantissimo. I've been going there for years now and the quality is always excellent. The fried foods are delicious and the raw materials used are excellent. It presents a wide choice. The staff makes you feel comfortable. There is plenty of space to eat on site, for both lunch and dinner. Very fast take-out. I recommend it to anyone who is in the area, because it deserves a lot.
