Assolutamente un punto di riferimento per i traslochi, e, non ultimo, prezzo veramente competitivo. Bravissimi, continuate così! Moving is no longer a stress with them! Preventivo con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, grande disponibilità nonostante il nostro poco preavviso, rapidissimi, molto precisi e trattano i mobili con estrema cura. Si sono trattenuti fino a tardi pur di completare il lavoro. Raccomandati. Found by chance but couldn't have found better. Estimate with excellent value for money, great availability despite our short notice, very fast, very precise and they treat the furniture with extreme care. They stayed late to get the job done. Squadra veloce ma decisamente non accurata, tanti danni ai mobili, alcuni non riparabili. Fatto presente al momento, la squadra ha minimizzato, fatto presente al referente in ufficio, abbiamo ricevuto solamente un "mi spiace, m'informo" e poi, il nulla. Data la mia esperienza, non lo consiglio assolutamente. RETTIFICA: doverosa. Il titolare, venuto a conoscenza dei disguidi, ci ha contattati personalmente e con massima disponibilità si è offerto di trovare una soluzione, ove possibile. Abbiamo infine concordato una parziale copertura delle spese di sistemazione, data l'impossibilità da parte nostra di procedere alle riparazioni. Dialogando, abbiamo compreso che evidentemente siamo incappati in uno scivolone. Può capitare. Solo chi non lavora, non sbaglia. E la serietà di esporsi anche quando si è in torto è rara. Apprezzata. Given my experience, I absolutely do not recommend it. ADJUSTMENT: duty. The owner, having become aware of the problems, contacted us personally and with maximum availability offered to find a solution, where possible. Finally, we agreed on partial coverage of the accommodation costs, given the impossibility on our part to proceed with the repairs. In dialogue, we understood that we obviously ran into a slip. It can happen. Only those who do not work do not make mistakes. And the seriousness of exposing oneself even when one is wrong is rare. Appreciated.
