★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segreteria gentile e abbastanza rapida, tutta altra storia il dottore…. Non è possibile dover aspettare oltre 1 ora e mezza per una “visita” ( 0 controlli ) di 5 minuti
Kind and fast enough answering machine, a whole other story the doctor…. It is not possible to have to wait more than 1 hour and a half for a "visit" (0 checks) of 5 minutes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognosi per non dire altro! 30 minuti di attesa, ero ormai arrivata al numero uno e invece di rispondere buttano giù la chiamata! Non c'e mai posto per gli appuntamenti, il medico di base non risponde nemmeno in orario di chiamate e non fa nemmeno piú le ricette! Una persona fa ora a morire...
Shameful to say the least! 30 minutes of waiting, I had now reached number one and instead of answering they throw down the call! There is never a place for appointments, the general practitioner does not answer even during call hours and does not even make prescriptions anymore! A person now dies ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovo inaccettabile che per tutta la mattina il telefono del centralino risulti staccato. In caso di urgente necessità di parlare con il proprio medico l'unica opzione è recarsi in ambulatorio di persona. Il servizio è completamente da rivedere!
I find it unacceptable that the switchboard telephone is disconnected all morning. In case of an urgent need to speak to your doctor, the only option is to go to the clinic in person. The service is completely to be reviewed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Averla l'esperienza da condividere!! Cosa serve un centro di "smistamento" pazienti se mai nessuno risponde a quel numero?? 0425/31010. Non è nel mansionario delle impiegate rispondere al telefono??
Have the experience to share !! What is the use of a patient "sorting center" if nobody ever answers that number? 0425/31010. Isn't it in the job description of the office workers to answer the phone?
