Il finanziamento però viene appoggiato a un'altra concessionaria perché secondo il proprietario io non avrei avuto i requisiti per avere il finanziamento da lui -FALSO- ! "Prima i soldi e poi la macchina" per cui, avendomici portato un altro cliente suo fidato, procedo con il finanziamento. Finanziamento accettato ma non ricevo il contratto!! Lo richiedo e mi viene detto che purtroppo la stampante, il computer, e tutto il resto non funziona ma che ne lo avrebbe dato. Il concessionario mi consegna la macchina confermandomi l'importo pattuito, la rata e la durata... "perché non ti fidi?? Io non posso rubare niente, che ci devi fare con il contratto?? Te lo devi incorniciare???". (Avevo urgenza di ritirarla, dovevo andare a lavorare è stato un acquisto di assoluta necessità) Dopo 8 giorni indignata da questa mancanza, mi reco presso la sede della finanziaria e richiedo la copia del contratto, con annesse spiegazioni in merito a quanto riscontrato. Scopro di aver richiesto un importo diverso da quanto pattuito,( ovviamente maggiore )!!! Chiedo spiegazioni e il concessionario, mi chiede di riportagli l'auto e quindi annullare il finanziamento!!! ZERO TRASPARENZA, ZERO RISPETTO DELLE PERSONE, ZERO FIDUCIA, ZERO RISPETTO DEGLI ACCORDI!! NON HO RICEVUTO NEMMENO SCUSE!! DA DENUNCIARE! STATE ALLA LARGA!! STAY AWAY! I purchased and immediately returned (after I noticed the SCAM) a car (hyundai i10) with financing. The financing, however, is supported by another concessionaire because according to the owner I would not have had the requisites to have the financing from him -FALSE-! "First the money and then the car" so, having brought me another trusted customer, I proceed with the financing. Financing accepted but I don't receive the contract !! I request it and I am told that unfortunately the printer, the computer, and everything else does not work but that he would have given it. The dealer gives me the car confirming the agreed amount, the installment and the duration ... "Why don't you trust me? I can't steal anything, what do you have to do with the contract? You have to frame it ???" . (I was urgent to withdraw it, I had to go to work it was a purchase of absolute necessity) After 8 days outraged by this lack, I go to the headquarters of the finance company and request a copy of the contract, with explanations on what was found. I discover that I have requested a different amount from what was agreed, (obviously higher) !!! I ask for explanations and the dealer asks me to bring the car back to him and then cancel the loan !!! ZERO TRANSPARENCY, ZERO RESPECT FOR PEOPLE, ZERO TRUST, ZERO RESPECT OF AGREEMENTS !! I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY EXCUSES !! TO REPORT! STAY AWAY !!

La mia esperienza: ho acquistato una macchina tre mesi fa, a causa della mia poca bravura alla guida ho distrutto una ruota...
