Un locale raro, ovvero una vermuteria vera e propria ( non solo un nome messo lì tanto per) dove si possono assaporare i veri sapori della tradizione italiana, il Vermouth di qualità e le sue tante varianti, cocktail a tema, bitter... Insomma, il paradiso per gli amanti del vero "vermut". E ovviamente con un ottimo assortimento di tanti altri spirits di qualità. Ma la cosa fondamentale è la maestria e la saggezza con cui vengono preparati e soprattutto presentati al cliente. Un viaggio nei sapori, nella storia e nelle sensazioni che il vermut, le diverse miscelazioni e varianti sapranno regalare a un avventore disposto a farsi consigliare e guidare nel magnifico mondo del più iconico aperitivo italiano. Una "esperienza" da non perdere! A+++++++ Guys what to say ... A small jewel set in the reality of Pigneto. A rare place, that is a real vermuteria (not just a name put there for a long time) where you can savor the true flavors of the Italian tradition, quality Vermouth and its many variations, themed cocktails, bitters ... , the paradise for lovers of true "vermouth". And of course with an excellent assortment of many other quality spirits. But the fundamental thing is the skill and wisdom with which they are prepared and above all presented to the customer. A journey into the flavors, history and sensations that vermouth, the different mixes and variations will be able to give to a customer willing to be advised and guided in the magnificent world of the most iconic Italian aperitif. Pigneto is populated mainly by locals, it seems to be a gentrified area, becoming cool and hip especially for youngsters and students (being close to the Sapienza University). I really recommend to go there, if you want something different from turistical traps.
