La macelleria, oltre diversi tagli di carne molto buona (il filetto era speciale) propone un'ampia selezione di insaccati preparati direttamente. Sono uno più buono dell'altro! Si possono anche acquistare piatti pronti caldi. Il tocco artigianale si sente ed è particolarmente apprezzato. Da provare Consigliatissimo Excellent speck and salami ???? Da dies nicht möglich war hat uns die Metzgerei Villgrater unseren Lieblingshausspeck nach Bayern zugeschickt. Schmeckt wie seit vielen Jahren gleih hervorragend. Vielen Dank für den Service We usually come by twice a year during the CP vacation. Since this was not possible, the butcher's Villgrater sent us our favorite house bacon to Bavaria. Prezzi onesti per il posto! Da provare sicuramente! Lavorazioni di carni locali e prezzi onesti in linea con il posto. Personale preparato che sa cosa consigliare. Ho preso su ordinazione due bistecche con filetto per farle in stile "fiorentina" ovviamente non è chianina ma mucca del posto, tagliata della giusta altezza come richiesto. Carne ben frollata e molto magra. Molto buona. The Sesto butcher. Meat lovers and smokers this place is for you. Local meat processing and fair prices in line with the place. Trained staff who know what to recommend. I ordered two steaks with fillet to make them in "Florentine" style, obviously it is not Chianina but local cow, cut to the right height as required. Well matured and very lean meat. Very good.
