★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastica macelleria a Rio Pusteria, facilmente raggiungibile a ppiedi ed in auto.
Abbiamo fatto spesa prima di tornare a casa, comprando speck, carne concia, wurstel vari, knodel, kaminwurst, stinchi affumicati e non.
La carne è veramente straordinariamente buona.
Consiglio vivamente!!
Fantastic in Mühlbach butcher, easily reachable by car and ppiedi.
We did some shopping before returning home, buying speck, tanned meat, various hot dogs, knodel, kaminwurst, smoked and non-smoked shanks.
The meat is really extraordinarily good.
I highly recommend !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich weiß jetzt gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll, allein beim betreten des Geschäftes läuft einem das Wasser im Mund zusammen. Alleine der Geruch und die Auswahl sind einfach bombe. Der Service ist mehr als super! Wir waren mit unseren Hunden auf Urlaub und wir barfen. Unsere Gastgeber haben kurz angerufen ob die Möglichkeit besteht, uns täglich Hundefutter zu produzieren. Es war überhaupt kein Problem und wenn ich gesehen habe was dort verwendet wurde, es wäre auch ohne Schwierigkeiten für Menschen geeignet gewesen. Wir konnten täglich nachmittags unser Paket in Empfang nehmen und es wurde ein mehr als fairer Preis berechnet. Auch das Interesse der Inhaber an der Person, den Hunden und den Aktivitäten war nicht gespielt sondern echt und es haben sich hier sehr nette Gespräche ergeben.
I don't even know where to start now, your mouth watering just when you enter the shop. The smell and the selection alone are simply amazing. The service is more than great! We were on vacation with our dogs and we were barefishing. Our hosts called briefly to see if it was possible to produce dog food for us every day. It was not a problem at all and if I saw what was used it would have been suitable for humans without any difficulty. We were able to receive our package every day in the afternoon and a more than fair price was charged. The owners' interest in the person, the dogs and the activities was not played but genuine and we had very nice conversations here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neueingerichtete Metzgerei, heimische Produkte, eigene Metzgerei, Rindfleischprodukte nur aus gesunden Tieren von Südtirol, eigene Speckproduktion, sehr bekannt, vertrauliche Bedienung, sämtliche eigene Wurstprodukte, kann nur empfohlen werden.
Newly established butcher shop, local products, own butcher shop, beef products only from healthy animals from South Tyrol, own bacon production, very well known, confidential service, all own sausage products, can only be recommended.

Nicht nur Wurst und Fleisch, hier gibt es auch Käse, Wein, Olivenöl, Nudeln und mehr.
Kurzzeitparkplätze gibt es in der verkehrsberuhigten Einkaufsstraße immer wieder. Ein paar sind praktisch direkt vor dem Geschäft.
Wird jetzt fast schon zu einem Ritual. Wieder Hirschsalami, Haussalami, Haussalami pikant, Fenchelsalami, Alpkäse von der Graun Alm (und noch drei weitere Almkäse) sowie Geräuchertes eingekauft.
Wir werden hier wohl noch öfters einkaufen.

Not only sausage and meat, there is also cheese, wine, olive oil, pasta and more.
There are always short-term parking spaces in the traffic-calmed shopping street. A few are practically in front of the store.
Almost becoming a ritual now. Again venison salami, house salami, spicy house salami, fennel salami, alpine cheese from the Graun Alm (and three other alpine cheeses) and smoked products were bought.
We will probably shop here more often.

Historic butchery in Rio, it offers, in addition to the always good meat, a variety of local specialties. You can find ready-made salads and meat sauce, as well as bacon, cheese and spinach dumplings. Don't forget to stock up before leaving, the butcher will vacuum pack you.
