Die Qualität war schlecht für einen Kilopreis von ca. 50 Euro - dazu waren die Filets vor dem Schneiden überhaupt nicht pariert worden und danach auch schlecht (ungleichmäßig) geschnitten.
The meat quality was absolutely disappointing - we had bought 4 fillets of beef during our stay, which were not even convincing. The quality was poor for a kilo price of around 50 euros - the fillets had not been parried at all before being cut and then badly (unevenly) cut.
