Inoltre le persone che frequentano la scuola sono molto piacevoli il che rende l’atmosfera stimolante. Dopo 3 mesi di attività consiglio vivamente, sia per chi ha voglia di migliorare la propria condizione fisica sia per chi vuole migliorare la propria padronanza mentale/emotiva. Very professional place for the development of body awareness. Carlo Mea extremely serious, helpful and professional person. Furthermore, the people who attend school are very pleasant which makes the atmosphere stimulating. After 3 months of activity I highly recommend, both for those who want to improve their physical condition and for those who want to improve their mental / emotional mastery.

Carlo, direttore e principale Maestro della scuola, e' un amico, una persona speciale, un grande istruttore e un maestro di vita. Il Metodo e' stato ed e' parte integrate del mio sviluppo personale. Tutti gli allievi sono persone interessanti e l'atmosfera di condivisione e di divertimento contribuisce a rendere questa scuola unica e insostituibile. Sono soddisfattissima di essere tornata a praticare e a imparare ora che le lezioni sono disponibili anche online. Chi prova una volta non lascia piu'. After several years that I no longer live in Rome, I always carry everything I have learned with the De rose Parioli Method. Carlo, director and principal teacher of the school, is a friend, a special person, a great instructor and a life teacher. The Method has been and is an integrated part of my personal development. All students are interesting people and the atmosphere of sharing and fun contributes to making this school unique and irreplaceable. I am delighted to be back to practice and learn now that the lessons are also available online. Those who try once never leave.

I progressi si vedono da subito. I maestri sono professionisti eccezionali, oltre che persone meravigliose. La scuola è un’oasi di pace e Carlo è una guida per ogni ambito del benessere psicofisico. Non potrei più fare a meno del Metodo De Rose! I have practiced different types of yoga for years, but I was always missing something. Then I discovered the De Rose Method and fell in love with it. Progress can be seen immediately. The teachers are exceptional professionals, as well as wonderful people. The school is an oasis of peace and Carlo is a guide for every area of mental and physical well-being. I could no longer do without the De Rose Method!

Frequento la Scuola da poco più di un mese e sin dall'inizio ho avuto una profonda e bellissima sensazione di aver trovato un posto eccezionale. Sin dalla prima volta sono stata accolta con un sorriso rassicurante e una straordinaria energia e positività. Gli ambienti della Scuola sono spaziosi, i colori rassicuranti, la pulizia impeccabile. I prezzi assolutamente onesti tenuto conto di quanto offerto dalla Scuola. Carlo, il nostro Maestro, è una persona a dir poco eccezionale. La sua esperienza e forza di volontà sono un grande insegnamento per noi. Tutti gli istruttori che mi aiutano in questo meraviglioso percorso sono professionali e disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza e il sorriso con cui vengo accolta ogni giorno mi fa sentire uno straordinario senso di appartenenza che non credo sia facile trovare. It has now become an oasis of peace for me. I have been attending the School for just over a month and from the beginning I had a profound and wonderful feeling of having found an exceptional place. From the first time I was greeted with a reassuring smile and extraordinary energy and positivity. The rooms of the School are spacious, reassuring colors, impeccable cleanliness. The prices are absolutely honest considering what is offered by the School. Carlo, our Master, is a person to say the least exceptional. His experience and willpower are a great lesson for us. All the instructors who help me on this wonderful journey are professional and available for any need and the smile with which I am welcomed every day makes me feel an extraordinary sense of belonging that I don't think is easy to find. The courses wisely taught by Carlo are very interesting and really worth attending as soon as you can. In qualche mese, facendo lezione quasi ogni giorno il mio corpo è già visibilmente cambiato, più tonico, reattivo e asciutto, la capacità di concentrazione è aumentata e la gestione delle situazioni difficili è ora più consapevole e serena. Questa pratica, attraverso lo yoga, le lezioni teoriche e le attività di gruppo o individuali, dà gli strumenti per costruire giorno dopo giorno la versione migliore di se stessi. Tutti gli istruttori sono grandissimi professionisti e non finirò mai di ringraziare Carlo Mea e Donatella Ripetti. Knowing and participating in the lessons of the DeRose method school founded by Carlo Mea is one of the best experiences I have ever had in Rome. Il Metodo de Rose: finalizzato ad uno sviluppo personale, porta ottimi risultati, non solo a livello fisico ma anche in altri ambiti (ad es. concentrazione, lucidità mentale, gestione emozionale). La scuola: quando era in presenza l’ambiente era molto gradevole e ben organizzato, con una proposta di orari e istruttori adatti ai vari livelli di allenamento e alle varie fasce di età. Da quando non è più possibile, il lavoro in presenza è stato sostituito con un’offerta a distanza molto valida, con lezioni in diretta tutti i giorni, compresi i festivi, integrate da varie attività e da una grande quantità di materiale registrato da poter seguire coi propri tempi. Ma l’eccellenza della scuola è nel suo fondatore Carlo Mea. Raramente ho incontrato un istruttore così professionale, che organizza le attività con grande serietà e impegno e che segue ciascuno con consigli su esercizi e tecniche, materiale e percorsi personalizzati, sempre attento agli aspetti relativi alla sicurezza. Una sola avvertenza: la pratica crea dipendenza: una volta iniziata non si lascia più e anzi, ci si chiede come si faceva prima di conoscerla ;-) ;-) ;-) Consigliatissimo! Exceptional, everything. The de Rose Method: aimed at personal development, it brings excellent results, not only on a physical level but also in other areas (eg concentration, mental clarity, emotional management). The school: when present, the environment was very pleasant and well organized, with a proposal of timetables and instructors suitable for various levels of training and for various age groups. Since it is no longer possible, face-to-face work has been replaced with a very good remote offer, with live lessons every day, including holidays, complemented by various activities and a large amount of recorded material to follow in their own time. But the school's excellence lies in its founder Carlo Mea. I have rarely met such a professional instructor, who organizes the activities with great seriousness and commitment and who follows each one with advice on exercises and techniques, material and personalized paths, always attentive to safety aspects. One caveat: the practice is addictive: once started, you never let go and on the contrary, you wonder how you did it before you knew it ;-) ;-) ;-) Highly recommended!
