Cose da migliorare, chiarezza sugli orari di apertura. Solo a mio discapito ho capito che la domenica pomeriggio sono chiusi solo quando causa covid la puglia si trova in zona arancione o rossa. Un cartello o un aggiornamento sugli orari online sarebbe stato preferibile.

Things to improve, clarity on opening hours. Only to my detriment did I understand that on Sunday afternoons they are closed only when due to covid Puglia is in the orange or red zone. A sign or an online timetable update would have been preferable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vado in questo distributore da anni, nonostante abiti a 20 km e ne abbia di più vicini. Oggi arrivo e chiedo di fare 20 euro di metano. (non avevo altri soldi con me) L’addetto, uno che non avevo mai visto, mi dice che devo scendere dalla macchina e fermare io l’erogazione. Gli rispondo che sono impossibilitato a scendere dalla macchina e lui che fa? Sbatte lo sportellino del serbatoio e dice “ok ciao non posso farlo”, allontanandosi dalla macchina. Me ne vado sconvolto senza proferire parola. Vergognoso.
I have been going to this distributor for years, despite the fact that I live 20km away and have more close by. Today I arrive and ask to make 20 euros of methane. (I had no other money with me) The attendant, someone I had never seen before, tells me that I have to get out of the machine and stop the dispensing myself. I answer that I am unable to get out of the car and what does he do? He slams the fuel filler flap and says "ok bye I can't do this", walking away from the car. I leave shocked without saying a word. Shameful.
