★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dir poco scandalosi!! Ho acquistato un divano dal valore di 2500 € lo stesso è stato montato senza un piede di supporto e a distanza di 6 mesi dalla consegna aspetto che vengono a sistemare nonostante i ripetuti solleciti e le varie chiamate.
Non consigliato, servizio clienti finto.
To say the least scandalous !! I bought a sofa worth € 2500, it was assembled without a support foot and 6 months after delivery, I wait for them to be fixed despite repeated reminders and various calls.
Not recommended, fake customer service.

Sono stato un fedele cliente Metalmark negli ultimi 15 anni. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è superiore agli altri negozi di mobili Bresciani. Lo scorso settembre abbiamo ordinato la camera 'su misura' per il mio figlio che sarebbe dovuta arrivare nella prima metà di ottobre. Sfortunatamente, a causa di problemi di catena di approvvigionamento e di confusione nelle comunicazioni Metalmark, l'ordine non è stato evaso in tempo. Inoltre ci sono stati alcuni problemi sui prodotti che sono stati montati.
Nessuno è perfetto!
Tuttavia, grazie al Super Customer Care "Ruggero Lorini" tutti i problemi sono stati risolti tempestivamente e mio figlio è davvero felice ora nella sua nuova splendida stanza.

All is well that ends well
I have been a loyal Metalmark customer for the past 15 years. The quality / price ratio is superior to other Brescia furniture stores. Last September we ordered the 'tailor-made' room for my son which was due to arrive in the first half of October. Unfortunately, due to supply chain problems and confusion in Metalmark communications, the order was not fulfilled on time. Also there were some problems with the products that were mounted.
Nobody's perfect!
However, thanks to the Super Customer Care "Ruggero Lorini" all problems were resolved promptly and my son is really happy now in his beautiful new room.
See you again MetalMark

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo negozio e pessimo il servizio. L’anno scorso arredate 3 camere da letto tutte con errori di colore, e dettagli non specificati al momento dell’acquisto. Venditori poco professionali.
In più ho acquistato un tavolo il cui piano in ceramica è esploso dopo un anno e mezzo, sebbene ancora in garanzia mi hanno liquidata con un “è impossibile”.
Negozio assolutamente da evitare!!
Bad shop and bad service. Last year 3 bedrooms were furnished, all with color errors, and details not specified at the time of purchase. Unprofessional sellers.
In addition, I bought a table whose ceramic top exploded after a year and a half, although still under warranty they liquidated me with an "it's impossible".
Shop absolutely to avoid !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono Ri tornato in un centro commerciale che anni fa era un fiore all'occhiello del commercio dalla A alla Z , ma che oggi trovo OUT purtroppo. I prezzi sono più alti di molti centri nel raggio di 30/40 km. I mobili esposti con cartelli VISTI e PIACIUTI con sconti ridicoli rispetto alle reali condizioni estetiche veramente vergognose. Sarebbero quasi da buttare . Non parliamo poi delle poltrone....... Purtroppo quello che ho visto e notato , mio malgrado è così.
I went back to a shopping center that years ago was a flagship of the A to Z trade, but which today I find OUT unfortunately. Prices are higher than many centers within 30/40 km. The furniture displayed with VISA and LIKED signs with ridiculous discounts compared to the real, truly shameful aesthetic conditions. They would almost be thrown away. Let's not talk about the armchairs ....... Unfortunately, what I have seen and noticed, in spite of myself, it is so.
