ho fatto presente l'accaduto, ma non ne hanno voluto sapere niente.
quindi hanno preferito perdere un cliente piuttosto che risolvere insieme il problema.
Bad, I bought an engine which eventually turned out not to work.
I pointed out what happened, but they didn't want to know anything about it.
so they preferred to lose a customer rather than solve the problem together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato online un cofano per camion e questo è stato spedito avvolto con del cellophane, senza nessuna protezione. Anche lo spedizioniere poteva evitare di caricarlo, quindi parte delle colpe sono anche sue. Il pezzo è giunto a destinazione molto rovinato, non solo da riverniciare, ma gli angoli da ricostruire perché sbeccati. L'azienda si è offerta di spedirmi un pezzo nuovo, ma il tutto completamente a mie spese (Andata e Ritorno). Avrei dovuto spendere altri 100€ quindi ho preferito riverniciare il pezzo. Non voglio danneggiare in alcun modo l'azienda, se decidete di acquistare online fatevi inviare immagini dell'imballaggio prima di spedire.
I ordered a truck hood online and it was shipped wrapped in cellophane, without any protection. Even the shipper could have avoided loading it, so some of the faults are also his. The piece arrived at its destination very damaged, not only to be repainted, but the corners to be rebuilt because they were chipped. The company offered to send me a new piece, but all at my expense (round trip). I would have had to spend another € 100 so I preferred to repaint the piece. I do not want to damage the company in any way, if you decide to buy online, ask for pictures of the packaging before shipping.
