 I went to do a simple welding just 2 points to fix a tube of about 3 cm spending 20 euros and at my request to issue a receipt I was laughed at, I will never go to them again. Bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il materiale è arrivato sano e c'è tutto il preventivato, una pecca desta sul fatto che avendo preso accordi telefonici con l'incaricato della ditta per un'orario specifico, che inoltre mi dovevano contattate gli addetti prima della partenza dalla sede, sono arrivati a destinazione con 2 ore d'anticipo, senza contattare prima come da accordi presi, se non fosse per questa cosa avrei dato 5 stelle, amministrazione molto cortese, e materiale di qualità, la prossima volta però rispettate gli accordi presi, mi scuso se con gli operai ho alzato la voce ma per ovvie ragioni ero abbastanza innervosito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho richiesto un preventivo per un piccolo lavoro via email, mi hanno richiamato al telefono sono stati abbastanza scortesi, ripetendo di passare in sede senza poter capire se effettivamente potessero effettuare la lavorazione richiesta. Il giorno seguente mi sono presentato alla loro sede ma mi hanno risposto che non avevano tempo per fare il preventivo.

I requested a quote for a small job via email, they called me back on the phone they were quite rude, repeating to go to the office without being able to understand if they could actually carry out the requested work. The following day I went to their office but they replied that they did not have time to make an estimate.
