Le tagliate, qualità della carne buona ma da migliorare sia come cottura che çome struttura. Era più una bistecca fatta a listelli. Lo spessore deve essere più alto. Ottimo il filetto Cozy environment. Characteristic internal courtyard. As for food, good buns and normal frying. The cut, good meat quality but to be improved both as cooking and as structure. It was more like a strip steak. The thickness must be higher. The fillet is excellent

Il locale ha un corridoio che conduce a un cortiletto che offre allo stesso tempo respiro, intimità , familiarità in un contesto storico. I proprietari estremamente gentili propongono una serie di piatti che partono anche da proposte semplicissime declinate con gusto. Bene anche per quanto riguarda i vini. We were there yesterday after an art performance in the main square. The restaurant has a corridor that leads to a small courtyard that offers breath, intimacy and familiarity in a historical context at the same time. The extremely kind owners offer a series of dishes that also start from very simple proposals declined with taste. Also good with regard to wines.

Una qualità così alta dei piatti proposti e una professionalità altrettanto impeccabile del personale di sala non potevano essere ignorati... E il talento dello chef merita davvero di essere conosciuto e apprezzato da tutti. Sono locali come questo che rendono speciali anche le realtà più piccole del territorio! La zuppa di castagne e funghi e quella di rapa bianca e zenzero sono davvero eccellenti, ma in verità tutti i piatti che abbiamo ordinato ci hanno deliziato sia per l'esecuzione che per la creatività delle ricette. Ed è per questo che in tre notti a Sant'Elpidio abbiamo cenato qui due volte!!! Torneremo sicuramente a trovarvi... Complimenti e grazie per aver reso il nostro soggiorno davvero indimenticabile!!! Divine food in one of the most beautiful villages in the Marche Despite being decidedly lazy in writing reviews, I made an exception for Messervino! Such a high quality of the dishes on offer and an equally impeccable professionalism of the dining room staff could not be ignored ... And the chef's talent truly deserves to be known and appreciated by everyone. They are places like this that make even the smallest realities of the area special! The chestnut and mushroom soup and the white turnip and ginger soup are really excellent, but in truth all the dishes we ordered delighted us both for the execution and for the creativity of the recipes. And that's why in three nights in Sant'Elpidio we dined here twice !!! We will definitely come back to visit you ... Congratulations and thank you for making our stay truly unforgettable !!!

E la cucina rispecchia il tutto... Piatti semplici ma curati...! Complimenti! The location speaks for itself .... being inside a historic center ... but not always taken for granted, cared for but at the same time particular and refined in detail, unique atmosphere for couples! And the cuisine reflects everything ... Simple but well-finished dishes ...! Compliments!

Dopo aver ordinato ci arrivata un entratina offerta molto buona: vellutata di verdure. Abbiamo preso una frittura mista, che sembrava piccola, da dividere in due invece è stata giusta; a seguire un filetto al pepe verde e una tagliata al rosmarino. Dopo una giusta attesa sono arrivati i piatti abbastanza abbondanti. Carne ottima, davvero buona, saporita al punto giusto. Il pane (pizza, e integrale)lo stesso era buonissimo!!!!! Da tornarci sicuramente anche se non siamo della zona. We stopped by chance but it was a nice discovery. We didn't book but they found the same table. After ordering we received a very good entratina offer: vegetable soup. We took a mixed fry, which seemed small, to be divided into two instead it was right; followed by a fillet of green pepper and a rosemary cut. After a proper wait, the abundant dishes arrived. Excellent meat, really good, just the right flavor. The bread (pizza, and whole wheat) was very good too !!!!! Definitely come back even if we're not from the area.
a	adam lieb music on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By just looking through the window of Messer Vino one might expect an ordinary wine bar, but the exceptional quality, creativity and professionalism of this restaurant are still to be revealed. The staff is warm and friendly and the service is top-notch, but it is the delicious and perfectly prepared food that is the real star. Everything we ordered was delicious to the point where we decided to return the following night to have it all again! Although we kept to the local Marche wines, they have a nice wine list representing all of Italy's wine regions. All in all, Messer Vino is highly recommended!
