Un mese fa ho comprato un vestito per il matrimonio di mio figlio 240 euro....Il vestito aveva bisogno di qualche lavoretto: sistemazione delle spalle e orlo. Sono andata tre volte a provarlo e tutte e tre le volte non andava bene, orlo sempre storto e spalle modificate male. Ieri per disperazione me lo sono portato a casa nonostante l' orlo fosse ancora storto e nonostante si vedessero i punti sul davanti della gonna. Alla signora ho chiesto uno sconto vista l'incresciosa situazione ma non me lo ha fatto, nel caso lo avessi voluto mi potevano ridare l'intero costo del vestito, anche questa strana cosa, lo sconto no e la restituzione del costo si...bah....comunque non ho più tempo per cercarne un altro e quindi me lo sono preso così come è.
Ribadisco pessima professionalità!!
Nice and very polite staff but less than zero professionalism. A month ago I bought a dress for my son's wedding 240 euros .... The dress needed some work: adjustment of the shoulders and hem. I went three times to try it and all three times it didn't go well, hem always crooked and shoulders changed badly. Yesterday out of desperation I took it home even though the hem was still crooked and despite the stitches on the front of the skirt. I asked the lady for a discount given the unfortunate situation but she didn't do it, if I wanted to, they could give me the full cost of the dress, even this strange thing, the discount no and the cost refund yes ... bah .... anyway I don't have time to look for another one and so I took it as it is.
I repeat very bad professionalism !!
