La visita è avvenuta solo 15 minuti dopo l'orario stabilito ed è assolutamente fisiologico. Infine il prezzo è risultato più che onesto. È la prima volta che usufruisco del Meridiana Medical center e di sicuro ci tornerò. Vivamente consigliato. Absolutely courteous and competent secretarial staff. Doctor Piolanti visited me in a scrupulous and thorough manner. The visit took place only 15 minutes after the established time and is absolutely physiological. Dopo aver appositamente telefonato per sapere se facevano un esame (curva glicemica con analisi dell'insulina), ho prenotato, telefonicamente e via mail, con l'elenco degli esami, ribadendo che la curva era con insulina. Mi è stata fatta una normale curva da carico. Ai miei dubbi, dato che ho ribadito più volte che la mia dottoressa aveva chiesto la curva con rilevazione dell'insulina, mi è stato detto che l'esame, l'unico, era quello. Quando ho scoperto che avevano sbagliato, e ho richiamato, hanno finalmente chiamato il laboratorio, che ha confermato che chiedevo un esame assolutamente esistente, che si poteva fare, sarebbe bastato chiamarli prima e aggiungere 3 provette. Peccato che nessuno lo avesse fatto, prima. Non esiste prenotare un esame, avere conferma, e che lo facciano sbagliato. Ora lo dovrò rifare, ripagare, e, soprattutto perderò altro tempo per un accertamento per me importante, che avevo procrastinato a causa del covid, per timore di stare ore in un ambulatorio. Now I will have to do it again, pay it back, and, above all, I will waste more time for an assessment that is important to me, which I had postponed because of the covid, for fear of spending hours in an outpatient clinic.

Chiedo appuntamento per un consulto di medicina estetica, dopo 5 chiamate riescono a darmi un appuntamento con Claudia Piolanti a fine Gennaio, mi offre un trattamento di 5 o 7 sedute con una offerta se inizio il trattamento prima della fine di febbraio... due giorni dopo, verso la prima settimana di febbraio, chiamo per prendere appuntamento ma Claudia non mi vuole fare la prima seduta fino a marzo (quindi per far scadere l'offerta). Nonostante tutto riesco a farmi fare la prima seduta a fine febbraio. Quando esco dal trattamento c'è stato un blackout di corrente che non mi ha permesso di effettuare il pagamento della seduta. In ogni caso concordiamo appuntamento per il mese successivo dove verrà effettuato il pagamento dopo la seconda seduta per entrambe le sessioni. Il mese seguente arrivo presso il centro per il secondo appuntamento e mi dicono che Claudia non c'è e che il mio appuntamento non appare da nessuna parte. Mi dicono che mi faranno chiamare da Claudia nei prossimi giorni, ma non si fanno sentire per niente. A giugno chiamano chiedendo di fare il pagamento della prima seduta (ovviamente ho già pagato) e chiuso con loro per fortuna, dopo tre mesi stavo ancora aspettando la chiamata di Claudia o al meno sentire delle scuse per farmi perdere tempo e soldi, visto che dovrò iniziare il trattamento di nuovo in un altro posto, per colpa della sua disorganizzazione, disinteresse e incompetenza. Despite everything, I manage to get my first session done at the end of February. When I leave the treatment there was a power blackout that did not allow me to pay for the session. In any case, we agree on an appointment for the following month where payment will be made after the second session for both sessions. The following month I arrive at the center for the second appointment and they tell me that Claudia is not there and that my appointment does not appear anywhere. They tell me that they will call me from Claudia in the next few days, but they do not speak at all. In June they call asking to pay for the first session (obviously I have already paid) and luckily closed with them, after three months I was still waiting for Claudia's call or at least to hear an apology to make me waste time and money, since I will have to starting the treatment again in another place, due to his disorganization, disinterest and incompetence.

Ottima anche dermatologia con la dottoressa Bruni. Per mia esperienza questo è il posto in cui mi sono trovata meglio, gentili anche in segreteria.
