Dopo aver chiesto di vedere le diverse grandezze di un telaio e, dopo avermi fatto vedere per 3 volte le stesse 2 misure nonostante ce ne fossero altre ma più lontane dalla lunghezza naturale del braccio del titolare/commesso, mi sento schernire con un "vedi se m'egg scapezzà per 2,50 euro". Evidentemente l'importante è quanto spendi non fare contenta la cliente. Ottima teoria di commercio ?
I read in several comments words such as professionalism / courtesy / kindness which I have not found absolutely. After having asked to see the different sizes of a frame and, after having shown me the same 2 sizes 3 times despite there being others but further away from the natural length of the owner / clerk's arm, I feel taunted with a "see if m'egg scapezzà for € 2.50 ". Obviously the important thing is how much you spend not to make the customer happy. Excellent trade theory ?

Il tessuto, ordinato online, dal vivo è ancora più bello che in foto: colori accesi e mano fluida, è anche arrivato prestissimo. L’omaggio incluso nel pacchetto è davvero segno di attenzione per il cliente, l’ho molto apprezzato.

It is my first purchase with them, but from the beginning of our contacts the efficiency and courtesy shown has been commendable. The fabric, ordered online, live is even more beautiful than in the photo: bright colors and a fluid hand, it also arrived very soon. The gift included in the package is really a sign of attention for the customer, I really appreciated it.
