Le ho inviato un campione del prodotto per il quale le ho chiesto il preventivo (sebbene avessi solo quel campione, come sapeva) ma non mi ha mai fatto avere il preventivo. L'ho chiamata tantissime volte per chiederle di inviarmi il campione inviato ma non ha mai risposto al telefono e ai messaggi (se non l' unica volta in cui chiamai con il mio secondo numero che non conosceva).
Hi, I invite you to pay attention to the lady who owns this business because she has repeatedly lacked professionalism with me. I sent her a sample of the product for which I asked her for a quote (although I only had that sample, as she knew) but she never gave me the quote. I called her many times to ask her to send me the sample sent but she never answered the phone and messages (if not the only time I called with my second number she didn't know).
