β β β β β We ran into a problem with our Mercedes Oldtimer and thought this was the right place to get help. Since we were on a Sicily round trip, we needed support instantly, but here they were not even willing to take a look at the car. We would have needed to leave the car there for at least a day. When I asked, if someone could just do a check wheter it might be a minor problem, this was declined. Very unflexible, if you have an urgent problem and need fast help, don't come here. We left and went to a nearby Bosch Service, where we were instantly taken care of, they checked the car right away, a service Mercedes in Palermo obviously is not willing to provide.
