Mi sono avvicinato 3 volte in questa officina autorizzata ma nessuna delle 3 volte andata a buon fine. Personale gentile ma purtroppo poco buonsenso!!! Possiedo un classe V adibito a Servizio Pubblico , un problema non da poco la porta scorrevole elettrica non si apre , mi reco alla COMER SUD e prendo appuntamento " PAZZESCO 2 SETTIMANE DEVO ASPETTARE PER VEDERE SOLO IL PROBLEMA " dopo 10 giorni come per magia lo sportello funziona ,chiamo in concessionaria per spiegare la situazione e mi viene cancellato l'appuntamento perché il problema non c'è più è fin qui posso capire!!! dopo 2 giorni si ripresenta il problema ancora più grave non si apre sia la porta e anche il portellone posteriore e lunotto nemmeno manuale, mi reco subito alla comer Sud in aeroporto di Catania e spiego il problema pregandoli di potermi aiutare urgentemente anche pagando un extra perché il problema era molto grave essendo unica macchina adibita a Servizio Pubblico " NON POTEVO PIÙ LAVORARE" cosa mi dicono? Dobbiamo fissare un altro appuntamento , però questa volta sono stati più buoni solo 5 giorni, lascio stare il tutto!!! chiamo subito alla mercedes benz truck & van di Ragusa " PARRINO & DIPASQUALE e mi ricevono subito nel pomeriggio ,mi entrano subito il van in diagnosi è trovano subito il problema fusibile saltato è serratura elettrica da cambiare!!! Intanto mi cambiano il fusibile è mi vengono ripristinate sia la porta che il portellone posteriore per poter lavorare, mi ordinano subito la serratura è dopo 2 giorni tutto sistemato!!!! Comer Sud vi dico grazie per avermi fatto scoprire un altra officina MERCEDES BENZ TRUCK & VAN PARRINO & DIPASQUALE OTTIMI ED EFFICIENTI!!! Precise I hardly ever do bad reviews But this seems to be a duty to me !!! I approached this authorized workshop 3 times but none of the 3 times was successful. Friendly staff but unfortunately little common sense !!! I have a class V used as a Public Service, a major problem the electric sliding door does not open, I go to COMER SUD and make an appointment "CRAZY 2 WEEKS I HAVE TO WAIT TO SEE ONLY THE PROBLEM" after 10 days as if by magic the door it works, I call the dealership to explain the situation and the appointment is canceled because the problem is gone and so far I can understand !!! after 2 days the even more serious problem reappears both the door and the tailgate and rear window are not opened, not even manual, I immediately go to Comer Sud in Catania airport and I explain the problem, begging them to be able to help me urgently even paying extra because the problem was very serious being the only machine used as a Public Service "I COULD NOT WORK ANY MORE" what do they tell me? We have to make another appointment, but this time only 5 days were better, I leave it all alone !!! I immediately call the mercedes benz truck & van in Ragusa "PARRINO & DIPASQUALE and they receive me immediately in the afternoon, they immediately enter the van for diagnosis and immediately find the problem of the blown fuse and electric lock to be changed !!! In the meantime they change the fuse and me Both the door and the tailgate are restored to be able to work, the lock is ordered immediately and after 2 days everything is fixed !!!! Comer Sud thank you for letting me discover another MERCEDES BENZ TRUCK & VAN PARRINO & DIPASQUALE workshop EFFICIENT !!!
