Attenzione al cliente e professionalità senza paragoni. Di recente ho fatto controllare loro il funzionamento del cambio della mia Smart 453, che percepivo irregolare. Francesco, il capo officina, dopo gli opportuni controlli, mi ha rassicurato sul perfetto funzionamento dello stesso e ha provveduto ad aggiornare i files della centralina. Peraltro, la macchina è stata igienizzata con un macchinario in loro possesso sia appena lasciata sia prima di essere ritirata. Il tutto a titolo gratuito. Continuerò a recarmi presso questo centro di eccellenza nonostante Anagni non sia dietro casa, perchè la competenza che c’è qui altrove non l’ho trovata. Official high-quality Mercedes center. E’ poi impossibile esporre dubbi o richiesta di pareri al personale esperto di officina:a volte è necessario, anche se brevemente, parlarci di persona. Non credo ci sia nulla di male se uno comunica meglio con un tecnico piuttosto che con un altro. A me questo atteggiamento appare poco comprensibile visto che sono un vecchio cliente. Non aiuta in tal senso il comportamento del sig. Di Francesco che, al di là di una cortesia puramente formale, tende a concludere l’interlocuzione con il cliente mettendo in secondo piano le sue istanze e preoccupazioni. Il centralino e la messa in contatto telefonico con i vari addetti sono assolutamente insoddisfacenti. I confirm the positive judgments on the technical aspects; I have been a customer for 15 years. In this sense, the behavior of Mr. Di Francesco who, beyond a purely formal courtesy, tends to conclude the dialogue with the customer by putting his requests and concerns into the background. The switchboard and the telephone contact with the various employees are absolutely unsatisfactory.
