Arrivato in negozio , non trovandolo , chiedo alla cassa e mi sento rispondere che l'articolo è stato messo da parte per una signora ! Arrivo a casa e decido di fare l'ordine in line visto che l'articolo era ancora disponibile ma sto ancora attendendo una loro risposta ! Caro Mercatopoli mi dispiace già avete tolto la data sui cartellini degli articoli e la cosa puzza assai,ma dopo oggi dimostrate che non sapete vendere e non sapete gestire una vetrina on line ! Una vendita sana prevede che se l'articolo è disponibile sul sito deve essere disponibile anche in negozio punto e basta ! Complimentoni Went today after seeing an article on their site (it gave it available)! Arriving at the shop, not finding it, I ask at the cashier and I am told that the item has been set aside for a lady! I arrive home and decide to place the order online since the article was still available but I'm still waiting for their response! Dear Mercatopoli I'm sorry you have already removed the date on the tags of the items and the thing stinks a lot, but after today you prove that you don't know how to sell and you don't know how to manage an online showcase! A healthy sale requires that if the item is available on the site it must also be available in the store, full stop! Complimentoni

Bisogna prenotarsi , seguire una lista ( selezione) con il rischio di aspettare ore ed ore inutilmente senza ottenere nulla ! E’ L unico mercatino dell usato che usa questa tipo di politica controproducente. Good assortment, but on a functional / organizational level I find it really mediocre. I am referring to the items that must be put up for sale. You have to book, follow a list (selection) with the risk of waiting hours and hours in vain without getting anything! It is the only flea market that uses this type of counterproductive policy.

I	Isabella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by this place after touring the Leaning Tower. This does not compare to other thrift stores I've been to in Italy. Prices were really too high. Used clothing $20? Figurines and trinkets were double the price of everywhere else I've been. It was cold inside, but there is a restroom! So at least they have that going for them.
