Abbiamo preso (vedi foto) un mobiletto di legno per la casetta al lago ed un quadretto per coprire la scatola elettrica (che ci hai sistemato personalmente) e siamo felicissimi degli acquisti effettuati. Prodotti ottimi a prezzi giusti. Tu sei una persona gentile cordiale che sa spiegare e consigliare e questo è fondamentale per clienti anche un pò esigenti come noi. C'è un vasto assortimento di fumetti e parecchi giocattoli, alcuni molto recenti o addirittura nuovi. I prodotti sono mediamente di buona qualità e ben ordinati. Anche nel reparto abbigliamento ho notato alcuni capi interessanti e con un prezzo tutto sommato adeguato. Ho trovato perfino alcuni espositori in metallo e dei porta monitor ad uso professionale. The shop is medium in size compared to others I have visited of the same kind. There is a large assortment of comics and several toys, some very recent or even new. The products are on average of good quality and well ordered. Even in the clothing department I noticed some interesting items with an overall adequate price. I even found some metal displays and monitor holders for professional use.

Di seguito quanto mi è accaduto: Su appuntamento ho portato della roba alla sede di Pessano Con Bornago e mi ha servito una signora, non italiana , alla quale ho chiesto un piccolo rimborso riguardante degli abiti portati precedentemente e lei mi risponde che le piccole somme non vengono rimborsate ma si accumulano e fin qui tutto bene , poi mi prende gli articoli di abbigliamento e uno alla volta li carica, chiedo alla fine se m fa una stampa e mi risponde che posso vedere la merce caricata sul sito, le chiedo almeno di dirmi quanti articoli ha caricato e, con grande sforzo, mi risponde 15 pezzi, aggiungo per quale importo?? E mi risponde ancora di guardare sul sito.!!! Non alzando neppure la testa. Comportamento Incredibile: arrogante e altezzosa, a differenza dei due signori che sono molto cordiali e disponibili. Per concludere penso che una persona con questo carattere non dovrebbe trattare col i clienti, sembra quasi ti faccia un favore! Purtroppo all’arrivo si è rivelata rotta nella parte in cui si caricano le cartucce (probabilmente il precedente proprietario non le aveva caricate correttamente). Dopo aver fatto presente il problema al proprietario del negozio non solo non sono stata lasciata a me stessa, ma Domenico mi è venuto in contro proponendomi un parziale rimborso che provvederò presto a investire nella riparazione della macchina. 5 stelle meritatissime, soprattutto per la grande onestà. Lei mi ha mostrato una varietà di prodotti spiegandomi compiutamente manifattura e brand il che mi ha lasciato piacevolmente stupito, atteso che tanta competenza non la trovi più neanche nei negozi di marche blasonate! Alla fine ho un preso un giubbotto di marca, molto molto carino, pagandolo un prezzo assolutamente ragionevole e sono andato via con la consapevolezza che ho trovato un ottimo negozio dove sicuramente tornerò!
