★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fate attenzione ad acquistare soprattutto on-line e pagate solo ed esclusivamente tramite paypal (che vi tutela), sono imprecisi nel descrivere gli articoli, e se chiedi di rendere la merce non vogliono che tu lo faccia tramite paypal, motivo?...lo capirete leggendo!!! A me è andata bene perchè non mi sono fidato di loro, ho preteso di restituire il tutto facendo la procedura di reso con paypal che è intervenuto direttamente con loro. Morale della favola?...mi fanno aspettare piu' di 15 gioni prima di rispondere e fornire il loro indirizzo di reso sul sito di paypal, dopo io spedisco, loro ricevono la merce, e mi viene fatto il rimborso, ma mi mandano una mail dicendomi che avevo imballato male la merce e che gli era arrivata rotta non fornendomi nessuna foto e in piu' minacciando di lasciare un feedback negativo nel loro circuito vendite mercatopoli (e chi se ne frega), e che dovevo ringraziare paypal che favorisce sempre all’acquirente, e grazie a paypal appunto ho ricevuto i miei soldi. Avete capito adesso perché non volevano che restituissi la merce tramite paypal??? Grazie paypal e mai più acquisti da voi Mercatopoli Brivio. Questa mia recensione ha il solo scopo di informare chi compra on line e di stare attenti ai giochetti poco corretti che molti venditori fanno.
P.s. ci manca solo che adesso si spaccano gli oggetti loro stessi e me li verranno a mostrare... siamo messi davvero male!!!
Be careful to buy especially online and pay only and exclusively through paypal (which protects you), they are inaccurate in describing the items, and if you ask to return the goods they do not want you to do it through paypal, why? ... you will understand by reading !!! It went well for me because I did not trust them, I claimed to return everything by doing the return procedure with paypal which intervened directly with them. Moral of the story? ... they make me wait more than 15 days before responding and providing their return address on the paypal site, after I ship, they receive the goods, and I get a refund, but they send me a mail telling me that I had badly packed the goods and that they had arrived broken by not providing me with any photos and in addition threatening to leave negative feedback in their market sales circuit (and who cares), and that I had to thank paypal which always favors all 'buyer, and thanks to paypal I received my money. Do you understand now why they didn't want me to return the goods via paypal ??? Thanks paypal and never again buy from you Mercatopoli Brivio. This review of mine has the sole purpose of informing those who buy online and to be careful of the incorrect tricks that many sellers play.
P.s. all we need is that now they break the objects themselves and they will show them to me ... we are in really bad shape !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'estrema gentilezza dei gestori di Mercatopoli Brivio e' il fiore all'occhiello del locale ampio e lindo , in cui c'e' una vastissima scelta di prodotti!!!! Ogni volta che ci vado, non esco mai a mani vuote !!!!. Una visita qui e' consigliatissima per trascorrere piacevoli momenti di svago nell' ammirare tutta la bella merce esposta e fare ottimi acquisti!!!!! Richiedendo la spedizione dei prodotti, arrivano in un batter d'occhio e sono perfettamente imballati!!!!! Inoltre i gestori forniscono il codice di tracciabilita' del prodotto. Visitare questo locale è d'obbligo per chi ama lo shopping!!!! 5 stelle strameritate!!!!!P.S. Il locale e' aggiornato per quanto riguarda il protocollo di sicurezza covid ed i suoi gestori sono scrupolosi relativamente al rispetto delle norme ad esso attinenti. Ciò rappresenta una ulteriore sicurezza per gli avventori del locale ed un motivo in più per frequentarlo.
The extreme kindness of the managers of Mercatopoli Brivio is the flagship of the large and clean restaurant, where there is a huge choice of products !!!! Whenever I go there, I never go out empty handed !!!!. A visit here is highly recommended to spend pleasant moments of leisure in admiring all the beautiful goods on display and making excellent purchases !!!!! By requesting the shipment of the products, they arrive in the blink of an eye and are perfectly packaged !!!!! In addition, the managers provide the traceability code of the product. Visiting this place is a must for those who love shopping !!!! 5 deserved stars !!!!! The restaurant is up-to-date with regard to the covid security protocol and its managers are scrupulous in respecting the rules relating to it. This represents an additional safety for the patrons of the restaurant and one more reason to visit it.
