In altri mercati le bancarelle sono presenti fino alle 13,30 14,00 permettendo anche alle persone che escono dagli uffici di fare la spesa. A volte ci sono anche delle postazioni vuote, perché l'ambulante sceglie la piazza che pensa gli possa rendere di più.
