★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Must visit for everyone on this part of Milan. Economical, and you get stuff from almost all part of the world. Visit even if you are not buying… wonderful experience for tourists too… watch those colorful surroundings for photo opps

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although Milan is known for mercato Pappiniano this one close to Loreto/ corso buenos Aries is very good. You get several options including specific vegetables from your countries. Cheap fresh and value for money. Having it on Saturday is a great advantage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the several open air markets around Milano. It runs on Saturdays,with a minor version on Tuesdays. Now it is dominated by middle/low range of grocery sellers,but a few really interesting stands still work there. The fruit/vegetables top stand is the one run by Felice, whose family has it since around 30 years. It is interesting too a stand with Italian delicatessen from southern Italy.
