★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An old communal market, Located near a park and a library. It has been rebuilt very well email last is and it now has a good selection of food and general utilities, as well as a bar. In side you can find very cheap prices and also possibility to Eat there with tables and a good amount of space. There is also a project on books where you can get any books for free like a library.
The area in which the market is built is notes the best one of the nine you should take care of your belongings because it’s not the most recommend place to stay at some hours of the day. In the future the M4 will pass from here and maybe the three building plans for wrens hope you have a name will be actually effective.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable low price for excellent slices of fresh meat. Tartare was excellent. This place is a real slaughter house with a kitchen to cook food. Nice people & really excellent meat.
Edited after a year: often you would call this "evolution" but it isn't. They spoiled the fun. It was a nice and cheap place... And now they have become greedy.
Still a nice place and the meat is still good but the tartare is of a lighter shade of red: it contains more fat than it contented before. It's still very good but there's the shadow of a hand that have "touched" the recipes.
Prices went up a lot. It's on the way to become a full fledged money machine.
