Ho aspettato circa due settimane per avere un testo scolastico, e nonostante l'avessi già PAGATO TOTALMENTE, non hanno esitato a scrivermi dicendomi che se non l'avessi ritirato entro una settimana dall'arrivo l'avrebbero rivenduto! La prossima volta che dovrò acquistare un libro nuovo non esiterò a comprarlo su internet, arriva in un giorno e problemi del genere non si presentano. They sell used books in good condition, but otherwise ... The staff are rude and the waiting times are long. I waited about two weeks to get a textbook, and despite having already PAID for it in full, they did not hesitate to write to me telling me that if I didn't collect it within a week of arrival they would resell it! The next time I have to buy a new book I will not hesitate to buy it on the internet, it arrives in a day and no such problems arise.
