Oltre alle verdure troverete dell' ottima carne portata da un allevatore di Caccamo, dell' ottimo miele portato da un produttore di Salemi, pane nero di Castelvetrano, legumi bio da Alcamo, eccellenti formaggi di latte di pecora portati da allevatori di Gibellina . Tutti i produttori sono controllati da Campagna Amica ,che certifica che tutto ciò che è venduto nel mercato è prodotto da chi lo vende
Con l'estate sono arrivate le melanzane striate le uniche dolci, sode, con un sapore pieno di melanzane. Ma anche i peperoni quadrati tra cui sono da notare quelli bianco/giallini molto digeribili e non si appellano. Ma anche i datterini rossi, gialli , neri. Un pizzutello piccolo per salsa che fa una salsa buonissima etc etc......
