Al momento del rimborso alla cassa, la responsabile con tono arrogante mi nega la richiesta nonostante io abbia presentato la foto della tessera (il primo negozio che non lo accetta) e mi viene detto con tono estremamente maleducato “non capisco come fai a non capire una cosa così semplice”. Contrariato all’uscita ha imprecato alle mie spalle con la collega che un attimo prima mi ha dato del ragazzo (ho quasi 40 anni con 20 anni di esperienza nel commercio).Avrei accettato la scelta se non fossi stato trattato come una m…a ma ora oltre a perdere un cliente sicuramente non consiglierei questo negozio a nessuno, l’educazione non è di casa.
Mi domando come si possa giustificare questo comportamento.
Bad experience:
At the time of reimbursement at the cash desk, the manager arrogantly denies me the request even though I have presented the photo of the card (the first shop that does not accept it) and I am told in an extremely rude tone "I don't understand how you do not understand a so simple thing ". Displeased at the exit he cursed behind my back with the colleague who a moment before gave me the boy (I have almost 40 years with 20 years of experience in the trade) .I would have accepted the choice if I had not been treated like a m ... a but now in addition to losing a customer I would definitely not recommend this shop to anyone, education is not at home.
I wonder how this behavior can be justified.

Opportunity lost, we’ll spend our money to support businesses elsewhere.
