Nonostante fossi di un'altra provincia mi hanno fatto acquistare un prodotto on line con pagamento anticipato ossia tramite bonifico per non spedirmelo perché in realtà era rotto e mancava di una sua parte infatti non ha voluto provarmelo quando sono andato a ritirarlo. L'ho dovuto rispedire e hanno detto che era arrivato rotto quindi non mi hanno reso nulla. Non mi hanno caricato nemmeno i punti. Entrate nella giusta filosofia, specie in questo negozio dove troverete il massimo della scortesia verso i clienti se avrete un problema, ritirare solo di persona e fatevi provare le cose, soprattutto non acquistare on line e leggete bene il regolamento prima di procedere! Assolutamente sconsigliato: durante il periodo del lockdown hanno cancellato le vendite facendomi perdere i capi di abbigliamento affidati e il ricavo.... In aggiunta alla sua risposta, vorrei sottolineare che il fatto che lei neghi l'accaduto bollando la mia recensione come "falsa" è indicativa di una scorrettezza grave del vs comportamento, anche più sgradevole dell'accaduto in se, qualora sia possibile....inoltre è una conferma che la condotta non può considerarsi conforme alle linee guida aziendali, visto che i suoi colleghi di altri punti vendita non hanno cancellato le vendite dello stesso periodo. Ad ogni modo, le suggerisco di essere maggiormente sensibile alla soddisfazione del cliente che non può essere raggiunta in questo modo. Ho acquistato e venduto diverse cose, e ogni volta che vado trovo sempre qualcosa di unico. Lí ho trovato un calendario azteco originale del messico, e non ho esitato un solo momento a prenderlo. Il proprietario e le dipendenti sono sempre gentilissimi, il negozio é molto fornito, e appena ne ho occasione invito chi conosco a dare uno sguardo nel caso in cui stessero cercando qualcosa di particolare. Gli oggetti esposti inoltre, sono tenuti in maniera eccellente. Che dire, tutto perfetto, 5 stelle meritatissime! Excellent market, unique products and really kind and helpful staff.
