★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato un vestito di Gucci,al limite della scadenza andiamo a ritirarlo,a prescindere la maleducazione della commessa che ci invita a cercarlo...trovato il capo,a causa dell etichetta spallata si crea un buco nella tasca interna...ovviamente facciamo le nostre dimostranze visto che il vestito era perfetto, conosco la commessa bionda che da anni lavora lì,e che quindi dovrebbe essere informata, ha cominciato a tergiversare fra assicurazione che copre solo il furto...che loro sono un agenzia d affari e non sono responsabili e bla bla ....conosco la legge e i regolamenti di mercamondo,quest atteggiamento è solo truffaldino per evitare rimborsi....ho lasciato il capo,e la mattina seguente la proprietaria mi ha proposto il rimborso celermente....

I know the law and regulations of mercamondo, this attitude is only scam to avoid refunds .... I left my boss, and the next morning the owner offered me a refund quickly ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente da moltissimi anni in questo negozio e ho trovato altamente dissonante il fatto che mi fosse chiesto il marchio verde, richiesta illegittima e discriminatoria e che chi segue ciecamente queste regole si rende purtroppo collaborazionista di assurde regole che di prevenzione non hanno piu niente, ma solo controllo dell' individuo. Tutto finirà quando ognuno di noi avrà il coraggio di dire il monosillabo NO!
I have been a customer in this shop for many years and I found it highly dissonant that I was asked for the green label, an illegitimate and discriminatory request and that those who blindly follow these rules unfortunately become collaborators of absurd rules that no longer have anything to do with prevention, but only control of the individual. Everything will end when each of us has the courage to say the monosyllable NO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente da molti anni di Mercamondo ed i titolari Stefano ed Alessia e le loro collaboratrici, in primis, Milly, sono sempre Super disponibili.Mi è capitato di fare tardi, anche oltre le sette, ( orario di chiusura del negozio) ma da parte loro non c’è mai stata pressione nel dover andare via. Non posso che rinnovare i miei complimenti alla squadra che lavora con tenacia e dedizione.
I have been a customer of Mercamondo for many years and the owners Stefano and Alessia and their collaborators, first of all, Milly, are always Super available.I happened to be late, even after seven, (closing time of the shop) but aside there was never any pressure to leave. I can only renew my congratulations to the team that works with tenacity and dedication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato un mobile di mio padre ( cassettone fine 800) in conto vendita . Bello ma con un piccolo difetto laterale . Lo hanno venduto ugualmente al prezzo concordato . Mia moglie usa molto questo conto vendita ed e’ quello che vende sempre tutto . Bravi !!
I brought a piece of furniture from my father (late 19th century chest of drawers) on consignment. Nice but with a small lateral flaw. They also sold it at the agreed price. My wife uses this sales account a lot and it is the one that always sells everything. Well done !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consiglio vivamente Mercamondo per vendere e comprare oggetti di un tempo! Ho trovato una grande professionalità, competenza e gentilezza (che purtroppo oggi sono sempre meno frequenti). Sono stati molto precisi e chiari al momento del ritiro e impeccabili nel supporto logistico e burocratico.
Veramente bravi!!! Grazie per aver reso meno doloroso il distacco da oggetti che per noi avevano un grande valore affettivo.
I highly recommend Mercamondo to sell and buy items of yesteryear! I found great professionalism, competence and kindness (which unfortunately today are less and less frequent). They were very precise and clear at the time of collection and impeccable in logistical and bureaucratic support.
Really good !!! Thank you for making detachment from objects that had a great emotional value for us less painful.
