Lasciato scarpe da mettere in forma ma con mio stupore dopo 3 gg il mio calzolaio di fiducia mi ha detto che quelle calzature non erano mai state messe in forma e mi ha mostrato perchè ........delusa ma solo per questo. La fiducia è una cosa importante e il cliente nn merita bugie
Nice shoes kindness and professionalism but unfortunately a negative note. Left shoes to put in shape but to my surprise after 3 days my trusted shoemaker told me that those shoes had never been put in shape and showed me why ........ disappointed but only for this. Trust is an important thing and the customer does not deserve lies

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ogni anno parto da Ravenna per acquistare le scarpe in questo negozio.sono molto belle, portabili anche a tacco alto, e durevoli. Le commesse sono gentili e disponibili. Direte che sia a Bologna che a Ravenna ci sarà senza dubbio un'ampia scelta. Ma scarpe cosi belle e di ottima qualita'le ho trovate solo in questo negozio.
Every year I leave Ravenna to buy shoes in this shop. They are very beautiful, they can be worn even with high heels, and they are durable. The orders are kind and helpful. You will say that both in Bologna and in Ravenna there will undoubtedly be a wide choice. But shoes that are so beautiful and of excellent quality I found only in this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel negozio e bei prodotti ma io ho avuto due esperienze negative.... In black fraiday vedo un paio di scarpe e siccome non c'era il mio numero me le fanno arrivare da un altro negozio, dopo 2 gg. Vado a ritirarle e me le fanno pagare prezzo pieno xche' è finita la promozione....
Sabato vado x un paio di s arpe viste in vetrina con il prezzo finale esposto, quando arti o in cassa il prezzo non era quello ma bensì costavano 40 euro in più...... Gliel'ho fatto notare ma non c'è stato punto d'incontro..... Mi interessavano e le ho prese.... Ma io li non ci metterò più piede..... E certo non farò bella pubblicità del negozio ???
Nice shop and nice products but I have had two negative experiences .... In black fraiday I see a pair of shoes and since my number was not there they send them to me from another store, after 2 days. I go to collect them and they make me pay full price because the promotion is over ....
Saturday I go for a couple of s arps seen in the window with the final price displayed, when you limb or in the cashier the price was not that but it cost 40 euros more ... was a meeting point ..... They interested me and I took them .... But I will never set foot there again ..... And certainly I will not make good advertising of the shop ???
