Dopo diverse esperienze a Cannobio, Cannero e sull'Isola Superiore, non posso che sconsigliare a tutti di fare un progetto con Mengo.
- Calcoli fuori dall'80 al 110% ogni volta
- Programmazione completamente assurda. Gli impegni di solito si traducono in almeno due o tre volte l'intervallo di tempo. A Cannero era stato promesso un anno. Ho smesso dopo 6 anni.
- Gestione del progetto e pianificazione del disastro assoluto
- numerosi errori che vengono coperti e i relativi costi aggiuntivi vengono addebitati al cliente
- al momento dell'acquisto di un immobile, nasconda essenziali dettagli formali e normativi che, in quanto non italiano, non possono essere chiari senza una consulenza onesta
- Si occupa sempre delle ditte responsabili dei vizi e non supporta mai il costruttore

- Calculate off 80 to 110% each time
- Completely absurd programming. Commitments usually result in at least two or three times the time frame. Cannero had been promised a year. I quit after 6 years.
- Project management and absolute disaster planning
- numerous errors that are covered and the related additional costs are charged to the customer
- when buying a property, hide essential formal and regulatory details which, as a non-Italian, cannot be clear without honest advice
- Always deals with the companies responsible for defects and never supports the manufacturer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach mehreren Erfahrungen in Cannobio, Cannero und auf der Isola Superiore kann ich nur jedem davon abraten ein Projekt mit Mengo zu machen.
- Kalkulationen jedes Mal um 80 bis 110% daneben
- Terminplanung komplett absurd. Aus Zusagen wird im Regelfall mindestens die doppelte bis 3 fache Zeitspanne. In Cannero war ein Jahr versprochen. Nach 6 Jahren habe ich abgebrochen.
- Projektmanagement und Planung absolute Katastrophe
- zahlreiche Fehler die vertuscht werden und die entsprechenden Mehrkosten werden dem Bauherrn untergejubelt
- bei Grundstückskauf wesentliche formale und regulatorische Details verheimlicht die einem als Nicht-Italiener ohne ehrliche Beratung nicht klar sein können
- kungelt bei Mängeln immer mit den Firmen die verantwortlich sind und unterstützt nie den Bauherren
