Dopo circa una settimana ho ricevuto un sms che mi comunicava che la motosega era pronta. Vado per ritirarla, ma mi dicono di passare prima in cassa, e così faccio, noto che sulla fattura c'è la dicitura cambio candela e comunico subito all'impiegata che l'avevo sostituita un minuto prima di portarla in riparazione, ma mi viene risposto: paghi e poi parla con il meccanico...e così faccio pago e vado al ritiro dove il meccanico mi consegna una motosega che non è la mia, a questo punto capiamo che a causa di un errore è arrivato a me il messaggio al posto del cliente proprietario della motosega. Poco male ho pagato con bancomat 52,00 euro e mi viene detto che faremo il conteggio al ritiro della mia. Lunedi ricevo messaggio e telefonata per avvertirmi che la motosega è pronta, il meccanico dice che non aveva nulla era solo ingolfata ha fatto la carburazione cambiato il filtro dell'aria per € 48,00. Chiedo se il resto è a posto e se la pompa dell'olio funziona bene, mi viene risposto di si. (premetto che non ho chiesto di fare il lavoro in premura). Arrivo a casa e dopo dieci minuti di lavoro noto che non esce olio catena. Pertanto smonto il carter e pulisco con petorlio e compressore il condotto che fa uscire l'olio e riprendo il lavoro. Ovviamente il carter non era stato tolto e pulito. Da un Azienda del genere concessionaria di primari marchi mi sarei aspettato un servizio di riparazione più preciso e professionale. Peccato.... Monday I receive a message and a phone call to warn me that the chainsaw is ready, the mechanic says he had nothing, he was just flooded, he made the carburetion changed the air filter for € 48.00. I ask if the rest is okay and if the oil pump works well, I am told yes. (I state that I have not asked to do the work in a hurry).
