l	langelo66 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non saprei veramente cosa dire di questo ristorante. L'istinto da subito mi ha fatto dubitare ma la nostra amica di Corigliano ha detto "qui si mangia bene "... Il titolare Fernando sa fare il suo mestiere. Volevamo cenare a base di carne (in Salento secondo me meglio assai del pesce) ma il must del locale è il pesce, quidi...antipasto frittura gamberoni. Niente è stato veramente ottimo, forse non era serata e un po' tardi (22) ma a tutto mancava qualcosa. Ho chiesto al mister perché i gamberoni fossero con le interiora, mi ha risposto che i g. freschissimi non si possono pulire e cuocere...mah. L'insalata di mare in antipasto profumava un poco troppo e pure le cozze gratin. Bene il vino con pittule di benvenuto e ottimo rosato anzi "rosa" del Salento. Nel complesso direi che non è andata così male. La vista sul castello "Volante" è unica e tovaglie e tovaglioli di stoffa ottimi. Un appunto o due, il vino servito senza secchiello portaghiaccio e le salviette lavamani arrivate su richiesta. Toilettes pulite e accessibili ai portatori di handicap. Un consiglio, puntare sulla carne rivisitando i tagli e specialità tipiche. Prosit! I really don't know what to say about this restaurant. The instinct immediately made me doubt but our friend from Corigliano said "here you can eat well" ... The owner Fernando knows how to do his job. We wanted to dine on meat (in Salento, in my opinion, much better than fish) but the must of the place is fish, quidi ... prawn frying appetizer. Nothing was really good, maybe it wasn't evening and a little late (10pm) but everything was missing. I asked the coach why the prawns were with the entrails, he replied that the g. fresh can not be cleaned and cooked ... mah. The seafood salad as an appetizer smelled a little too much and the mussels au gratin too. Well the wine with pittule of welcome and excellent rosé indeed "pink" of Salento. All in all I would say that it did not go so badly. The view of the "Volante" castle is unique and excellent tablecloths and cloth napkins. A note or two, the wine served without an ice bucket and the hand wash towels arrived on request. Clean and accessible toilets for the disabled. A tip, focus on meat by revisiting the cuts and typical specialties. Prosit!

Frittura buona pesce spada morbido e saporito unica pecca la pasta, poco condimento e risultava asciutta, buoni i contorni.Prezzi nella media.Consiglio questo posto Small place with seats outside, well cared for, clean the professional and attentive owner welcoming you with very good prosecco and pittule. Good fried swordfish, soft and tasty, the only flaw is the pasta, little seasoning and it was dry, good side dishes.Prices in the average.

Atmosfera confortevole e familiare, con personale educato e simpatico, accompagnato da un'ottima preparazione dei piatti: antipasto di mare ottimo e variegato (in foto manca la pepata di cozze). Primo piatto con linguine con polpa di ricci che non hanno deluso, per poi chiudere con una grigliata di pesce come secondo piatto. Nel complesso la cucina a base di pesce quasi rievoca il profumo del mare che ovviamente manca trovandosi nell'entroterra, ma che si può facilmente immaginare gustando i deliziosi piatti. Consigliato! Pleasant lunch with a characteristic view of the castle. Comfortable and familiar atmosphere, with polite and friendly staff, accompanied by an excellent preparation of the dishes: excellent and varied seafood appetizer (in the photo the peppered mussels are missing). First course with linguine with sea urchin pulp that did not disappoint, and then close with a grilled fish as a second course. Overall, the fish-based cuisine almost evokes the scent of the sea which is obviously missing being in the hinterland, but which can be easily imagined while enjoying the delicious dishes. Recommended!

Location perfetta con bellissima vista sul castello e centro storico: Insalata di mare ottima; Fritture miste leggere e pulite...; Antipasto misto di pesce fresco invidiabile....; Primi piatti eccezionali abbiamo preso linguine ai ricci e uno di maccheroncini alla salsa di pomodoro(pasta fresca); Tagliata di Angus con pomodorini rucola e grana...è contorno di patatine fritte...; Vino rosato; Spumoni artigianali con mandorle e fichi.....; Sorbetto al limone; Limoncello gentilmente offerto. Le stelle sono 5 ma io metto 10 a tutto...non finisce qui..la prox volta grigliata di pesce e frittura di gamberi e calamari. Too bad that the maximum is 5 stars !!! Perfect location with a beautiful view of the castle and the historic center: Great seafood salad; Light and clean mixed frying ...; Mixed appetizer of enviable fresh fish ....; Exceptional first courses we had linguine with sea urchins and one of macaroni with tomato sauce (fresh pasta); Sliced Angus with cherry tomatoes, rocket and parmesan ... is a side dish of french fries ...; Rose wine; Artisan spumoni with almonds and figs .....; Lemon sorbet; Limoncello kindly offered. The stars are 5 but I put 10 for everything ... it does not end here .. the next time grilled fish and fried shrimp and squid.
