N	Nicole Maurizi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel locale, ma zero accoglienza forse per la poca esperienza nel settore o semplice indifferenza nei confronti del cliente, appena si finisce di consumare viene sgombrato il tavolo e pulito senza chiedere "scusi" o "attenzione", con il rischio di venire anche sporcati da quello che c'è sul tavolo. Nice place, but zero reception, perhaps due to the lack of experience in the sector or simple indifference towards the customer, as soon as you finish consuming, the table is cleared and clean without asking for "excuse" or "attention", with the risk of being soiled by what's on the table.

Ma lavorando in settore da 20 anni direi che tutto dipende dal barista... La pazienza ho tantissima e dare una stella non mi successo mai.... Dopo una settimana prendendo la colazione... La nota per due persona al banco la divisa in questo settore va tenuta pulita e cambiata tutti i giorni... Siete la pasticceria... . Purtroppo mi dispiace dire che manca la professionalità nel settore... Good coffee unfortunately mishandled the customer. F	Francesco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il vero peccato é che i prodotti serviti sono veramente buoni, e quindi varrebbe la pena di recarsi un questo bar/pasticceria, ma la gestione del cliente ed il modo di fare del titolare/dipendenti lascia veramente a desiderare. Non so se é meglio primeggiare in un senso e peccare in un altro...peccato, come perdersi in un bicchier d'acqua. Tra l'altro la posizione é buona per chi usufruisce del vicino parco Torlonia. Paga l'eredità del precedente e blasonato locale ormai trasferitorsi altrove, da migliorare. I don't know if it's better to excel in one sense and sin in another ... sin, like getting lost in a glass of water. Però metto 4 perché i grembiuli del personale dietro al banco sono sempre imbrattati. Anche sul banco del caffè spesso viene tralasciata la pulizia e sarebbe necessario che chi serve al banco a mani nude non debba poi fare anche la cassa. È l'abc di chi svolge questo lavoro. Il personale è distratto e sbaglia ordinazione, il servizio è pessimo (una volta la tazzina del caffè era sporca, un'altra volta il caffé macchiato è stato rovesciato fuori dal bicchierino sporcando bicchiere e piattino nel tragitto dal vassoio al tavolo), alle 10 di domenica mattina non possono mancare i cornetti freschi rifilando un cornetto talmente secco che viene da pensare che fosse del giorno prima nascondendolo sotto una montagna di zucchero a velo.
