A	Andrew Sal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro sconsigliatissimo Sono andata via senza far questioni per un fatto di civiltà ma quello che mi è successo qui non mi è mai successo altrove Ho preso un appuntamento con un’applicazione online, arrivo da Santa Maria Capua vetere, pago il parcheggio sulle strisce blu, sposto gli impegni e..avevano già un altro appuntamento La commessa si giustifica dicendo che non avevano potuto avvisarmi perché non avevano il mio numero (ma il mio appuntamento risultava regolarmente al computer e il numero dell’altra cliente, con cui avrebbero potuto disdire lo avevano per certo dato che la commessa stessa mi dice che lei non era prenotata online) Nessun tentativo di riparare anche quando le dico che, non solo con la benzina a 2,30€ sono venuta fin lì ma ho anche pagato il parcheggio Beffa finale, esco e mi arriva una mail in cui il mio appuntamento era disdetto. Avrebbero potuto farlo, non dico qualche giorno, ma qualche ora prima Errore loro che hanno prenotato due clienti (la mia prenotazione era anche antecedente perché ho visto il pc), strafottenza a non interessarsi di come disdire è pessima gestione del cliente in generale E chi ci torna più!
