★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrata venerdì pomeriggio per acquistare una borsa, mi avvicino alla commessa e chiedo il modello marsupio, mi mostra una borsa blu di 180 € e decisa a prenderla chiedo se ha disponibile la stessa borsa di colore nero e guardandomi con aria problematica la commessa mi risponde : " Sai ci sono arrivati tantissimi modelli in magazzino, nera ce l'ho sicuro, ma cercarla ora mi rimane davvero difficile!" Così gli chiedo quando potevo ritornare per vederla e acquistarla e mi risponde : " Sicuramente non prima di Ferragosto!"
Premetto che il negozio era vuoto..c'erano due commesse e fin dall'inizio sembravano non volermi servire.
Anche io sono al pubblico e potevo comprendere se davvero avevano qualche difficoltà nel servirmi, ma qui si tratta proprio di non curanza del cliente, sei un negozietto al centro di Macerata e devi ringraziare se una cliente arriva decisa ad acquistare una borsa di 180 €..non metterò mai più piede in questo negozio!!
 I entered Friday afternoon to buy a bag, I approached the order and asked for the pouch model, showed me a blue 180 € bag and decided to take it, I ask if she had the same black bag and looking at me with a problematic air, the order answered : "You know, there have been so many models in stock, I have black, but I'm sure it's hard to look for now!" So I ask him when I could come back to see and buy it and he replies: "Certainly not before mid-August!"
I state that the shop was empty .. there were two salespeople and from the beginning they seemed not to want to serve me.
I am also in the public and I could understand if they really had any difficulty in serving me, but here it is a question of carelessness of the customer, you are a small shop in the center of Macerata and you have to thank if a customer arrives determined to buy a € 180 bag. .I will never set foot in this store again !!
